Increasingly inputs to organisations have focussed on preparing and developing to meet future needs. Foresight planning or 'Futures Thinking' allows organisations to anticipate future environments and plan sensibly. With increased advocacy of learning content developed in partnership and shared through content repositories, there is a need for a greater awareness of the cultural appropriateness of curriculum development policy and processes.
